Well Wally's package arrived today in the mail!!! I was so excited to finally get it, it came all the way from Puerto Rico.Thanks Wally!! She sent me a cute little tin that is wooden with fabric on the outside that is from Puerto Rico. In the tin is A&W case with lip gloss and lip balm and a small can of root beer. I love the case, it will be used for tatting!In addition, their was a purple case of mini m&m's, green turkish thread, and pink Cadena thread! It was a welcomed surprise! After not feeling well for a few days, it is nice to get a package in the mail!

I also wanted to post some tatting I have done! First is a bookmark that I designed for a possible tatting day in the future. It was made with perle cotton #5 and it is in varigated green, blues, and yellows. It was not the easist thread to work with, although the colors are great! I used a few different techniques with this bookmark so it would be good to teach from. I have not published any of my patterns so please respect that and do not copy them! The picture is below..
Then lastly is a tatted triangle motif that was in the Tatting Online book by Georgia Seitz. It is a pattern by Jill E. Krone and it is on page 10 in the book. I really enjoyed making this pattern! It was easy to do and also fun! I used the same perle cotton #5 thread as I used for the bookmark pattern above. See picture below..

I'm glad it arrived! The green thread is Egyptian. It's called "El Beida". I see I forgot to add the pattern of the flower, so I'll send it via e-mail.

Nice exchange package you got especially from Wally, She is such a talented person. I like your bookmark that you made also, pretty colors.
