This picture shows the bonnet as if it was sitting on a little one's head. I am quite happy with how it turned out and I am looking forward to putting the silk lining in and the ribbon to complete it! Let me know what you think??
Next is a picture of the finished Lizabeth thread motif... I turned it into a bookmark and sent it to my Grandma for her birthday. I hope she enjoys it. I really did enjoy working with the Lizabeth thread and look forward to using it more often.

I'm so glad you got the bonnet done in plenty of time! The booties won't take quite as long. Hopefully you will post a pic of the wee one wearing it in due time. Hope you're feeling good!
Wow, you have been busy!
The bonnet is already exquisite, and the silk lining will really set it off. Congratulations on finishing it!
YOur baby bonnet is beautiful Tanya. I love the colors you chose to make it in. I bet the belly is growing now and soon you will find it a bit harder to move around. Take care.
Woo Hoo!!! Three cheers for the bonnet being done!
Hooray!

Okay, what next???
LOL!
Very nice bonnet! Just be sure you remember where you put it until it is ready to be worn......I had made a hanky bonnet for my newborn but I finished and tucked it away a few months before she came. Now she is 6 weeks almost and I can't find it! AAAaaahhh!
Thank you everyone for the comments and kudos. I am going to put the ribbon in the bonnet and call it done, as I did not like how the silk lining fit with the bonnet. I have started the booties.. however I am just not motivated to do them... as I can't find a pattern I really like!! Ah... I will have to look some more!! Otherwise I have not been tatting since I finished this bonnet.
Just stopping back in to say hello! I hope all is well with you and yours! :)
