Friday night event and Graduation...

Well this past Friday evening I attended a spiritual class and it was the first time I learned about chakras and other spiritual practices. I really enjoyed the class and found that I learned a great deal about other spritual practices outside of religion or church. I purchased a cute little blue bag that is beaded and has a small pocket to place a cell phone, tatting, or anything that you need! I thought as I was buying it that I could use it as a pattern for making a tatted bag of a smiliar design(now of course I would give credit to the original designer of the bag!!)I thought it would be a good thing to share with other tatters! Also yesterday afteroon I graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in Gates, N.Y., with my bachelor's degree in nursing!! It was an exciting day and I really enjoyed the ceremony. The chaplin for the U.S. Senate was the guest speaker, and he was phenomenal!!!! I graduted with 10 other students from my R.N. to B.S. modular program, and many other traditional B.S. graduates from the college. It was a wonderful day filled with my surprises and much happiness!!! See picture below of me walking up the row to get to my seat with my peers!! I am in the middle between one grauate that is facing away from the crowd and a male graduate.
