Well I recieved my spring exchange from Jaquie Teal in Somerset, Uk the other day. I opened it right away and found a lovely little pink purse( now does this mean I am having a girl???), blue tatting shuttle( now this could be a hint that mabye I am having a boy???), blue beads, and the most beautiful butterfly I have seen!!!!!!! I was so happy.. I was skipping around the house and carrying on.. DH was wondering if I was going to be okay?! I told him I would NOT be okay.. he assumed that much. I just love my spring exchange and the Easter card that Jaquie sent, thank you so much!! You have made my week!! See pictures below...
I have worked on my tatted baby bonnet and it is coming along. It is starting to look like a bonnet in my eyes.. I will upload some pictures..I hope to work on it today and tomorrow during my free time..yippee!!
Then lastly... I found out yesterday I came come up to NY for the Hector Tatting Days and I am so excited about that!!!!!!!!!!! I have attended almost all of previous Hector tatting days and I can not miss it this year. What a nice vacation it will be for me.. I will get away from home for 4 days, no cooking, cleaning, or taking care of the house.. no working at the hospital.. yeah!!!!!!! What a lovely time we will have!!
